The FFRC is a free place to learn, grow, and have fun!
Come visit us! The Center is open to all families in the community. We have:
• Toys, games, crafts, and playtime for children
• Free parenting classes
• Information on community resources and referrals
• A loaning library of educational materials
• A great place for Early Intervention, CPSE evaluations and therapies, custody switches, and supervised visits.

Families and their young children can play together during our open hours. Each week we feature new activities and

Do you know how to manage a child’s challenging behavior? Make sure that he or she is safe in the home and car?
Provide simple, tasty, nutritional meals? Develop positive relationships? Our classes cover all these topics and more.

Your First Visit
We are located at 29 Main Street in Cortland. A staff member will show you how to sign in, give you a quick tour,
and provide you with details on upcoming classes or special events. You will have free access to everything we have
to offer!

Our Goal
We hope to provide a fun, family friendly environment to help families reach their full potential. The FFRC is a
program of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Cortland County and is funded in part from the Children & Family
Trust Fund.
